How do I choose the right bracelet size?
Measure your wrist with a soft measuring tape. For a comfortable fit, we recommend choosing a bracelet size about 0.5–1 cm larger than your wrist size.

## How your welcome discount works
When you sign up, your discount arrives by email as a code. You can enter it at checkout in the "Discount code" box and tap Apply before paying. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam/promotions folder.

## Applying a code at checkout
- Add your pieces to the cart and head to checkout.
- Enter your code in the Discount code field and tap Apply — you'll see the total update before you pay.
- Then complete your order.

## If your code says "not valid" or won't apply
This usually means one of the following:
- It's already a discounted item or sale. Only one discount can be applied per order, so a code won't stack on top of an item that's already reduced or part of an active sale.
- A typo or extra space. Copy and paste the code exactly as it appears, with no spaces before or after.
- The offer has ended or was single-use. Welcome codes are for one order.

##I already placed my order without the discount
No problem — contact us with your order number (it starts with #KE and is in your confirmation email) and the code you meant to use. As long as your order hasn't shipped, we'll apply the difference for you. There's no need to cancel and reorder.

##Some items in my cart aren't discounted
A few pieces like clearance items may be excluded from certain promotions. If your total doesn't look right during a sale, send us a screenshot and we'll make it right.
